CASA-C101
Nowadays, airplanes are being more important in society due the fact that they are the fastest way of transport, but they can be able for many uses apart of this. Today I,m writing about the CASA C-101, the airplane that spanish air force uses to train his new pilots
Starting with the history of this plane, it has been used since 1960 in the AGA and in a small group in Salamanca, having in both places the same utility, train pilots than in a future would defend our air space with better planes such as F-18 or the new Eurofighter.
Making a short mechanical and aerodinamic description of it, we can establish that is a turbojet plane, with a maximun speed of seventy hundreed kilometres per hour, two places in cabin, one for the teacher and the other for the student. It has three flap´s positions for take off, landing and flight, with a strong landing gear to suport this velocities in the , and also a lot of alirones all over the plane.
Taking all of this into account, it is the perfect airplane trainer in Spain but it has made almost all of his flight hours, so it will be replaced in one year for the Pilatus pc-21, the model used by a lot of european countries to train his pilots.

A C-101 is a Spanish aircraft, which was designed in 1975 and it continues being in use. Nowadays, only Spain and Chile have C-101 in their respective Royal Air Forces. In Spain, the C-101 is the plane that is used by the Eagle´s Patrol in their´s spectacular flights, besides it´s also used for teaching new pilots. Nevertheless, in Chile the C-101 is their main aircraft for their air defense. There are some differences between the Spanish and Chilean C-101 at their displays, that´s because the Chilean C-101 has a radar and it can shoot some types of missiles. Nevertheless the Spanish´s ones aren´t able to shoot as their only goal is to help improving the abilities of the Spanish pilots. In Spain this plane is considered to be a historic plane, but it is going to be changed by a new model in the next years, since it has been used for too much time.

The p3 Orion is one of the biggest coast guard jet that we have nowadays. For me , airplanes in general produce in my mind a explosion fully of joy and motivation, and this is the reason why i am here in the academia general del aire. I said p3 orion due to some reasons.
First of all, since i was very little my father has been pilot of this incredible plane, and i remembered that all the days when he returned to home, he spent a lot of time teaching and talking me about the capacities of the plane and all his characteristics. The p3 has a big emotional impact in me and when i had the luck to go to a diarial flight in the p3 with my father , it was heartbreaking and astonishing.
Talking about the characteristics of the plane,I have to said that the p3 have four engines turbo props that sounds very loud but amazing , and also that the plane is able to fly without an engine in function in order to avoid the emptytement of the tanks.

An airplane is a vehicle that can fly. It is powered by engines, usually two or four, and it has two wings. An airplane is made with metal, and we can classified the airplanes in different groups, like cargo, tourist, fighter, seaplane...
The airplanes can go at hight speeds, depending on the tipe of airplane, for example, a fighter can go faster than a tourist plane.
In the airplanes destinated to travel, we can distinguis a few parts, like the cabin, where the pilot and copilot go, an area destinated to the passengers, and thean area destinated to the suitcases.
On the other hand, a fighter normally only has a part, the cabin, where only the pilot can go.
An airplane can lands on a runway or on water, if it lands on a runway, it has a wheels and if it lands on water, it has a type of “skyes” that allows it to float.

Describe an airplane is much more difficult than everyone could think. The first and the only reason why it's because there are a lot of different types. You think about planes and the first one you think about it, it's the Iberia or Air Europa planes, however in our airforce we could find the cazas like F-18 or Eurofighter, used for combat and Works of vigilance.
The A-400M or The Hercules, the two biggest planes that the Spanish airforce have used for taking very high mercancy from one to other parts of the earth.
One of the most famous airplanes that every Spanish person should know, due to the great work it makes each time its use, its that UMEs uses to finish the fires, sadly each summer we see these planes over the sky.
The airplanes make our lives easiest, although we don't see it.

I would be a future pilot of the spanish army. I’m so excited to be here and I will do all i can to be a good military. Here we have a nice formation to be ready to pilot a military airplane. In this academy, in 3 years, we will pilot one of my favourites airplanes, the C-101. That’s a Spanish airplane designed and built in 1980, which is the airplane used by the Patrulla Águila. It’s the airplane choosed to teach us in our 4th year in this academy. Im so proud and excited to pilot this airplane, but probably it will be retired this year. It will pass to be at the millitary museum of Madrid. In any case, the subtitute It’s a fantastic airplane, but the C-101 it’s history of this country.

I am going to talk about one of my favourite army´s airplane called R-606.
This airplane was made in Spain , but it´s used by a lot of european countries. The capacity of the airplane is two people and their personal things. R-606 has a specially wings which can do different moves than other airplanes. Behind the wings there are missiles. Also, it has high technology, inside the plane there are 17 screens for control all the airplane and it has the ability to do some automatics moves, for example airplane included an automatic landind for improve the safety of pilot . Another interesting feature, it´s the big deposit which allow to travel long distance.
To sump up, R-606 is a modern airplane in which engineer works to improve it.

Airplanes are the main reason why I am writting this letter in this place right now.
It can be said that airplanes are one of the most complex machines that we have nowadays, therefore it is very difficult to describe them in only 150 words.
Summarazing a lot, planes are machines that are able to fly. Their structure consists in two wings, wheels (normally three) and a cockpit, where the pilot controls everything.
Planes are used for many different purposes, but the most important ones are: people transport, objects transport and to accomplish military missions.
Talking about the last purpose I have just mentioned I will divide the military aviation in three parts: fighter planes (like the f-18), transport planes(like the A400M) and helicopters ( like the Puma)
Summing up, aircrafts are incredible complex machines with two wings, wheels and a cockpit. Airplanes are used for many important things and in military aviation we can find transport planes, fighters and helicopters.
Nowadays, there are a lot of pirates in the sea. In order to confront them the airforce uses a plane called P3-Orión.
This plane is old but very effective, it can have visual of the pirates staying in a high altitude without being detected. As well as it fight against the pirates, it can be used against ships and submarines.
In Spain we have three P3-Orión in the airbase of Morón, Seville. During the year it also fly over the Indian Ocean to fight aganist pirates in an operation called Operación Atalanta. However, now Spain is searching for another plane to subtitute this one.
In conclusión, the P3-Orión is one of the most effective planes against sea enemies, but it’s getting old and soon or later it will be removed by another aircraft.

First of all, an airplane is a machine designed mainly to fly.
In one hand, we can talk about the structure. It is made up of some different resistant materials, like steel or hard plastic. In an airplane we can see many parts, for example, the stabilizer, the wings, or the turbines.
In the other hand, we can talk about the different missions that an airplane can do. If we have to do a rescue mission, we should choose the C-101; but, if we need to protect an area we will choose the Eurofighter or the F-18.
An airplane will always act like a weapon, so it must be always in perfect conditions; there are many people working in these airplanes to reach the objetives.
In this days and age airplanes and air security are becoming more and more a controversial in our society.
As we develop new tools and gadgets, we are improving our airplanes and making the more comfortable our flights. An airplane is mainly based on a central body that hold two big wings, which one of their goals is to cut the air and thanks to the fuel that feeds the motor make the air to plane. But not only to fly is their commitment but also they are two big places where the fuel is kept.
The airplane is managed by a pilot, how receive information by the central control tower, on the cabin; also one of the main parts of the plane.
In conclusion, what are the most important parts of a plane? I would say that are the ones which a little boy would draw if someone ordered him to do it, and they will by the cabin, from where the pilot does their funtions to achieve the flight, the wings which allows the plane to flight with the help of the motor and fuel, and last but not least, the central body that hold each component of the plane.
